Hovnanian Homes, is receiving global interest, with international buyers making up over 25 percent of its 2008 sales. In order to build on this success and to further market the project, Coldwell Banker Hunt Kennedy has been retained to represent the development to the New York and international brokerage community.  77 Hudson, designed by the award-winning New York architecture firm Cetra Ruddy, is 48 stories high. It features a 30,000-sq.-ft. rooftop and 13,000 sq. ft. of indoor spa/fitness and entertainment facilities. Dawn Tsien, president of Coldwell Banker Previews International-New Developments division at Coldwell Banker Hunt Kennedy says, “Our marketing strategy partners our local, national and international offices as team members in the sellout.”  Other amenities at 77 Hudson include a swimming pool, hot tub, lounge with fire pit, jogging track and dog walk, a private dining room and kitchen, children’s room, theatre and game rooms.  Studios are priced from the low $300,000s, one-bedroom units from the low $400,000s, two-bedroom units from the mid $600,000s and three-bedroom units upwards of $1 million.
