Interactive Sitemap App Facilitates Leasing and Buying Process

Computer Presentation Systems, a provider of homebuilder and multifamily developer/owner software and digital display marketing, has introduced SiteViewer Essentials, a stand-alone, web-based, interactive sitemap application that provides real-time lot or unit availability and pricing. The product facilitates the buying and leasing process of properties.

SiteViewer Essentials can be used by developers, owners and management firms to offer on-demand pricing and availability information, as well as dynamic web-based, self-service maps to customers that are updated in real-time through the firm’s CRM system or admin website.

Information such as a real-time sitemap, housing metrics, the current inventory of feature homes or units under any floorplan, details about specific lots or units, floorplan details and brochures are available to prospective buyers and renters even before visiting a leasing. According to CPS principal Zoe Miller, consumers want more details on a residence before they step inside a sales or leasing office in order to make an informed decision.
