Sanford, Fla.—Integra Land Company is developing Integra Village at Lake Forest, a $17.375 million, five-building apartment community of village-style homes in Sanford, Fla.

Located at 101 Integra Village Trail, the 11-acre site is being build by LandSouth Construction.

“The property is ideally located just north of the Heathrow International Business Center office park and also located near shopping and restaurants,” Joe Passkiewicz, LandSouth Construction’s vice president, operations, tells MHN. “The project is also located on a major east/west thoroughfare that connects the greater Orlando area with the growing area northwest of Orlando including the towns Mt. Dora, Tavarres, Eustis and Leesburg.”

When completed, the community will consist of 209 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes with one or two baths, ranging in size from 642 to 1,287 square feet.

“This project represents the core of our business in continuing to provide luxury rental properties to meet the demands of the continued economic expansion in Central Florida,” Passkiewicz says. “This project continues our legacy of repeat business and our long-standing relationship with Integra Land Company that spans the past eight years and several thousand apartment units throughout the Southeast U.S.”

The new apartment homes have open layouts and upscale finishes, including crown molding, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances that highlight spacious floor plans.

The project includes resort-style amenities including an expansive swimming pool, exterior social areas including a fire pit and grilling areas, exterior trellis and sundeck.

According to Passkiewicz, continued job growth in the Orlando MSA continues to fuel demand for luxury rental housing and this location is ideally suited to address these needs.

“The project is a higher density product with larger buildings that addresses the Millennial’s trends for enhanced community in a more urban style building,” he says. “The project is adjacent to shopping, providing the opportunity to actually walk to get groceries and sundries.”

Integra Village at Lake Forest is scheduled for completion next summer. It was designed by Charlan Brock and Associates.
