Integra Breaks Ground on Central Florida Luxury Apartments
The project is the latest collaboration between the developer and LandSouth Construction.
Integra Land Co. has begun constructing Integra Heritage Apartments, a 10-building, 319-unit luxury apartment community in West Melbourne, Fla.
The project, which is the developer’s latest in Central Florida, is being built by the firm’s construction partner LandSouth Construction. The community is slated for a 2025 completion.
Charlan Brock & Associates are the architects on the project, while LandSouth is providing full contracting services. Phil McBride will be project manager at LandSouth, while Danielle Hollenbeck and Chris Barnard will be the project’s construction administrator and superintendent, respectively.

Integra Heritage Apartments will be sectioned into one-, two- and three-bedroom units that will range from 700 to 1,400 square feet. Across the community, residents will have access to a swimming pool area with cabanas and hammocks, as well as a dog park. The community is adjacent to a related development, Integra Station 2114, and surrounded by several public parks and nature preserves. Central Melbourne is six miles to the east, with the beach nine miles away. The community is 28 miles south of Cape Canaveral.
Successive developments in the Sunshine State
The groundbreaking of Integra Heritage Apartments takes place as Integra further expands in northern and central Florida. According to Yardi Matrix, the firm’s portfolio comprises 12 communities with a total of 4,201 units.
Recent developments in Central Florida include Integra partnering with LandSouth on Integra Tymber Creek, a five-building 311-unit garden-style community in Daytona Beach that began construction in January of 2023. In Orlando, the partners began building Integra Towers at Nona South, a 12-building, 364-unit project near the city’s downtown in December 2022.
