Inspirit Expands Senior Housing Portfolio
In a partnership with Venue Capital LLC, the company has purchased four properties in Florida and South Carolina.
A portfolio of four South Carolina and Florida senior living communities has been acquired by Inspirit Senior Living. Brookdale Senior Living, which recently secured a large Freddie Mac loan to refinance existing debt on a different portfolio, was the former operator of the communities. The properties include The Collier at Naples in Naples, Fla.; The Pointe in St. Petersburg, Fla.; The Landmark in Clearwater, Fla.; and The Parker in Greenville, S.C.
A joint venture involving Inspirit and Venue Capital LLC (Vencap) plans the immediate launch of a renovation program that will focus on each community’s unique setting and characteristics.
Like other Inspirit properties, these four communities will offer not only independent and assisted living options, but Inspirit’s Sage Program for memory-impaired residents.
