IN PHOTOS: The 2018 CPE/MHN Awards Party

The 2018 Multi-Housing News Excellence Awards party was held last night at the offices of Latch at 5 Manhattan West in NYC. The event, which drew multifamily professionals from across the country, recognized the year’s top accomplishments in design, development, adaptive re-use and property management. Also honored at the Oct. 25 event were the industry’s outstanding companies, executives and property managers. 

Attendees enjoyed a lively evening of networking and exchanging ideas, as well as a wide-ranging panel discussion on placemaking. The MHN Excellence Awards were presented jointly with Commercial Property Executive’s Distinguished Achievement Awards, sponsored by MHN’s sister real estate information source.
