IDI Completes Luxury VA Property
The company completed the first of two buildings in its Rivergate community, located in Woodbridge. Kettler is handling the management.

The IDI Group Cos. has completed the first of two buildings at Rivergate, its first luxury community located on the Occoquan River in Woodbridge, Va.
“We’re thrilled that we have been able to bring a whole new kind of luxury living to this prime spot on the Occoquan River,” Carlos Cecchi, managing director at IDI, told Multi-Housing News. “This location has given us unique opportunities for social and recreational amenities, and now we are enjoying how excited our tenants are about living here.”
A Look Inside Rivergate
Located at 13175 Marina Way, the community comprises 702 units, with 402 of those being part of the first completed building, dubbed Rivergate North. The property offers one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans ranging from 740 to 1,360 square feet. Rental prices range from $1,680 to $2,685 per month. Interior features include open kitchens, stainless steel appliances, views of the Occoquan River, granite countertops and private balconies. Residents have access to amenities such as:

Rivergate offer close access to Occoquan, as well as Potomac Mills and Stone Bridge at Potomac Town Center. The property is also within close proximity to the Interstate 95 HOT lanes, Route 1 and the Woodbridge VRE Train station.
Rivergate was designed by Heffner Architects, with John Moriarty & Associates serving as general contractor. Construction financing for the community was provided by Centennial Bank and Basis Investment Group. Kettler Management is overseeing leasing and property management at the community. In addition to property management, Kettler opened its own luxury community in Virginia last May, dubbed Highgate at the Mile.
