Orlando, Fla.–For the fourth consecutive year, Orlando, Fla. is hosting the International Builders’ Show (IBS) from Feb. 13 to 16, where housing pros can see more new building products and services than “at any other place on earth,” according to the mortgage industry Web site OriginatorTimes.com.In addition to exhibitors, the show will host a number of well-known industry speakers and guests. Husband-and-wife political analysts James Carville and Mary Matalin will be at the opening ceremonies; architect William McDonough will speak on Feb. 14.Mark Jarvis, chief marketing officer of Dell computers, will give a talk on Feb. 15 and Ken Schmidt, formerly of the Harley-Davidson Motor Co., will speak on Feb. 16.Featuring more than 1,900 exhibits in more than one million square feet of space, IBS will feature a special Green Day event on Feb. 14 in which the show’s host, the National Association of Home Builders, will launch its new National Green Building Program and a green-certified designation for home builders, remodelers and other industry professionals.The event also will feature seminars about green education, green marketing tips and sustainable product information.
