The $6 million renovation of Kings Cove Apartments in Kingwood, Texas, is now complete, following the need of extensive renovations after Hurricane Harvey. The property is professionally managed by Greystar and asset-managed by National Asset Services (NAS). This reopening marks one of the first multifamily communities in the area to do so.

Located at 4920 Magnolia Cove Drive, the 192-unit property’s first floor was left completely flooded by the hurricane and underwent dramatic upgrades in order to reopen. Interior features of the remodeled apartments include stainless steel appliances, stained concrete flooring, 10-foot ceilings with exposed ducts, white cabinetry, designer light fixtures and private balcony/patios. Additional improvements included the swimming pool area, which received new furniture and tropical landscaping, as well as a renovated clubhouse.

“While being among the first properties in the area to reopen is extremely satisfying, we are very proud to offer an even better living environment for Kings Cove residents,” said Karen Kennedy, president & founder of National Asset Services. “The reopening is the result of an incredible amount of hard work and sacrifice from such a dedicated team of talented professionals.”
