Booming Neighborhood
The building is adjacent to the Memorial City Mall which features several dining and shopping opportunities. The property offers easy access to Katy Freeway, Interstate 10 and Sam Houston Tollway. Although the project is slated for completion in the third quarter of next year, it will begin leasing in autumn.
“Memorial City is continually adding restaurants, retail stores and other amenities to better enhance the surrounding community. The Barryknoll project will allow new residents to experience Memorial City’s great amenities in a walkable urban environment,” said Jason Johnson, president of MetroNational, in a prepared statement.
Last December, Gilbane Building Co. topped off 1000 Park Avenue, a 267-unit luxury residential tower in Atlanta‘s neighborhood of Buckhead. The project is slated for completion by May 2018.
