Housing Trust Group Completes Phase 1 of AZ Luxury Property

Housing Trust Group has completed the first phase of its two-phase project Aviva, a luxury community in Phoenix‘s suburb of Mesa, Ariz. This project marks HTG’s first development in Arizona, which will be managed by Mark-Taylor Residential.

Located at 8340 E. Baseline Road, phase one of Aviva comprises 166 units across four residential buildings. At this time, 73 percent of the units delivered are leased and more than 50 percent of the total 325 apartments are leased. Residents of Aviva have access to various amenities including:

Phase Two Plans

Phase two of the community includes the addition of seven more buildings that will house the remaining 159 units. Completion of this portion of the project is scheduled for June 2018. Amenities for phase two will include:

• wraparound seated fire pit
• playground with covered seating
• basketball court
• 140-foot long dog park with seating and agility course

Aviva Clubhouse

All of Aviva’s one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments will offer green features with interiors such as open floorplans with expansive kitchens, stainless steel and Energy Star appliances, high-efficiency windows, private master baths, eco-friendly shower heads and faucets, washer/dryers, private patios, walk-in closets, quartz and granite countertops, energy smart lighting fixtures, nine-foot ceilings with vaulted ceilings on upper floors, wide-plank flooring, storage, high-speed internet and cable. Monthly rents will start at $1,050 and units range from 809 to 1,320 square feet.
