Los Angeles—Holland Partners Group announced that its $53 million mixed-use community at 1111 Wilshire Blvd. in Downtown Los Angeles is open for leasing.

The community, which was designed by Nadel Architects, includes 210 apartments, 7,900 square feet of ground-floor retail space and three levels of underground parking. The apartments include studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans, which range in size from 397 to 1,316 square feet.

Amenities for the community include a large courtyard; a roof deck with barbeques, picnic tables, seating areas and an outdoor spa. Additionally there is a fitness facility and a business center.

The community is conveniently located on the metro bus line and a half-mile from the 7th Street metro rail station. It is near the downtown area, which includes restaurants, shopping and nightlife and entertainment options.

“1111 Wilshire hits the sweet spot for the young urban professional with its contemporary design of small open-plan units, coupled with great common amenities like the huge (15,000 sf.) roof garden for social interaction,” Dale Yonkin, project director and executive vice president of Nadel Architects, tells MHN. “The design also meets the need for moderate-cost living options in the downtown LA area.”
