Polaris Pacific has sold over 70 percent of the units at its boutique condominium community in San Francisco’s Lower Pacific Heights, just one month after its grand opening. The 67-unit community was designed by BDE Architecture and Sternberg Benjamin Architects and developed by Pacific Heights Franklin Partners II LLC, a company created by members of Village Properties.

Located at 1450 Franklin St., just off Highway 101, the 13-story luxury community features studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom homes ranging from 699 to 2,076 square feet with private outdoor space. Property amenities include a rooftop deck with fire pit, seating area, an open-air entertaining kitchen, attended lobby and reception, lounge and storage. The community is just blocks from retail and culinary destinations such as Fillmore and Hayes Valley.

Recent developments in the area include The Pacific, a former dentistry school converted into a luxury residential property by Handel Architects.
