To accomplish this goal, the developer has hired several companies to offer a range of lifestyle amenities.The rental community is part of a 13-acre mixed-use development owned and assembled by Coro Realty Advisors since 1984.Located at the intersection of Peachtree and Piedmont Roads in Atlanta’s Buckhead district, the project offers condominium-style construction and design combined with individual services. There are in-house spa services, pet sitting, event planning, personal shopping and the property’s signature welcome home service for residents returning home after extended absence.05 Buckhead is currently under construction and will begin leasing in January 2009 with an estimated move in date of Spring 2009.  Coro anticipates continuing expansion of the site with a second phase to include additional retail, restaurant and hotel amenities.
