HFF Portland hires Ira Virden as Director

HFF announced today that it has hired Ira Virden as a director in its Portland office. Virden will focus on multi-housing investment sales transactions in the Pacific Northwest.
Portland, Ore.—HFF announced today that it has hired Ira Virden as a director in its Portland office. Virden will focus on multi-housing investment sales transactions in the Pacific Northwest.
Prior to joining HFF, he served as a senior associate at Apartment Realty Advisors (ARA), helping open the Portland office. Before joining ARA, Virden was a senior associate at Marcus & Millichap. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon and is a member of Urban Land Institute’s Young Leader Program.
