HFF Hires Mitchell as Tampa Director
Tampa, Fla.--HFF has hired Matt Mitchell as a director in the firm’s multi-housing group in its Tampa office.
Tampa, Fla.–HFF has hired Matt Mitchell as a director in the firm’s multi-housing group in its Tampa office. He will focus on institutional-grade multi-housing transactions throughout the Southeast. His hiring is intended to enhance the firm’s national presence by expanding in markets like Tampa.
Prior to joining HFF, Mitchell was a transactions director at Institutional Property Advisors and JBM Group and an associate director in the Investment Services Group at Transwestern. Throughout his career, he has been involved in approximately $1 billion in real estate transactions.
