Harlem 125 All Set for Opening
The newly developed residential building features studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom units designed to immortalize the spirit of Harlem through top-notch visual elements.

Greystone gave the green light to Dave Maundrell of Citi Habitats New Developments to lease its latest development, Harlem 125. Located in Manhattan’s East Harlem neighborhood, the structure comprises two connected towers on four adjacent lots.
The construction team was led by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects, while interior design finishes were provided by Lauren Williams of boutique firm Lauren Jayne Design, marking the third collaboration between the firm and owner. Lance Johnson came with an innovative aesthetic addition by creating twelve original, Harlem-themed murals for the building.
Situated at 69 E. 125th St., the 75-unit, 80,619-square-foot community features studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, dominated by an overall industrial feel with modern elements, kitchens with stainless steel appliances and Caesarstone countertops and oversized windows. The apartments also feature additional outdoor space. Property amenities include a rooftop terrace and inner courtyard, virtual doorman, a fitness center, laundry room, resident and bicycle storage, security, a parking garage as well as 5,600 square feet of ground floor retail. The starting price for studios is $1,994.
Harlem 125 is located in the vicinity of restaurants, retailers and Marcus Garvey Park. The community is provides easy access to the Metro-North subway station and soon-to-be Whole Foods on Lenox Avenue. “Harlem 125 is just one important part of Greystone Development’s ever expanding residential portfolio, but it’s a very special one. We aimed to offer a residential product that was missing from this marketplace; one with thoughtful amenities, modern touches and homes that celebrate the community, and I feel we’ve successfully delivered exactly that,” Greystone CEO Jeffrey Simpson said in a prepared statement.
