75 wallNew York—The Hakimian Organization announced that the sales total for October has exceeded $17 million through 12 transactions at its 75 Wall community atop the Andaz Wall Street Hotel in New York.

“This has been one of our strongest months to date and the recent traffic in our sales gallery indicates steadfast momentum, especially for the months ahead,” says Ben Hakimian, founder and president of The Hakimian Organization.

Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling all sales and marketing, with Ariel Cohen leading sales at the community.

Five of the 12 sales that closed in the month of October were three-bedroom units that represented an average of $1,258 per square foot. A two bedroom units also sold for $1,561 per square foot.

“Sales at 75 Wall are setting the pace for the market in FiDi,” says Susan de França, president and CEO of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing. “With demand high and inventory low across the city, domestic and international buyers are seeking the value found in Lower Manhattan, and we’re seeing a lot of movement as a result.”

Recent development in the lower Manhattan fueled by  the influx of creative, media and tech industries has made the once practically residential-less neighborhood a new hub of New York living.

The Rockwell Group-designed property features units embellishments such as high-ceilings, six-foot windows and an assortment of high-end finishes that include unit-wide wide-planked oak flooring, Italian wood lacquered cabinetry, quartz countertops and upscale appliances from such names as Sub-Zero, Liebherr, Bosh, Miele, Electrolux, and Sharp.  The units’ list doesn’t stop there. Bathrooms vaunt custom wood cabinetry, marble floors and tub surround, and every unit comes with washer and dryer.

The community’s private amenities include a state-of-the-art gym with yoga studio, a billiard and media lounge as well as an indoor rooftop lounge with wrap-around terrace that features sweeping 360-degree views of the New York area. Residents can also enjoy the services of the Hyatt-managed hotel such as in-resident spa services, priority access to Bar Seven Five and the outdoor biergarten.
