Greystone, Rittenhouse Join Forces
The two firms have entered into a joint venture called Greystone Rittenhouse Realty Advisors, will will primarily focus on the Northeast market.
Greystone Real Estate Advisors and Rittenhouse Realty Advisors have formed a joint venture: Greystone Rittenhouse Realty Advisors.
Based in Philadelphia, The Rittenhouse Realty Advisors team is led by Managing Partners Ken Wellar and Corey Lonberger. Wellar and Lonberger hold more than 30 years of experience in real estate advisory services to private capital and institutional investors in the Northeast. The team has experceince across several types of multifamily properties including mixed-use, development, large-scale communities and student housing.
The Greystone Rittenhouse Realty Advisors team will include seven sales and debt advisors focused on the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.
