Greystone Grows Seniors Housing Lending Team
Tyler Armstrong has more than 11 years of industry experience. In his new role, he will assist the company in growing loan originations across various lending platforms.
Greystone has hired Tyler Armstrong as managing director with the Seniors Housing Lending team. In his new role, he will assist the company in growing loan originations across various lending platforms. Armstrong will report to Managing Director Cary Tremper, based in the company’s Dallas office. Tremper recently originated a $48 million Freddie Mac loan for an Atlanta-area senior community.
Armstrong has more than 11 years of experience in the senior housing lending industry. Before joining Greystone, he was a senior vice president of senior housing relationship manager with the Bank of Oklahoma. During his four-year tenure, Armstrong collaborated with seniors housing developers, owners and operators across the U.S.
Armstrong also serverd as a vice president of senior housing with Arbor Commercial Mortgage and as an assistant vice president of national seniors housing with BBVA Compass. Armstrong holds a bachelor’s degree in both Finance and Economics from University of Oklahoma’s Price College of Business.
