Bellevue, Wash.—Invesco Ltd. has released nine luxury penthouses at The Bravern Signature Residences, two 33-story towers in Bellevue, Wash., managed by Greystar.
“The property is a Class AA multifamily community offering some of the largest luxury apartments at an overall average 1,271 square feet in one of the Seattle MSA’s most affluent communities and top business districts,” Rebecca Kline, Greystar’s senior director of real estate, told MHN. “The project was leased as apartments upon completion and is widely regarded as one of most the premier luxury multifamily assets on the West Coast.”
Located in the heart of downtown Bellevue at 688 110th Ave. NE, the property is part of the Bravern mixed-use development, which includes 310,000 square feet of upscale retail anchored by Neiman Marcus, 750,000 square feet of Class A office 100-percent leased to Microsoft and a 3,130-space subterranean parking garage.
“The Bravern was designed and built as a luxury condominium available for rent with best-in-class construction quality, finishes and resort-style amenities along with the largest square foot averages compared to other multifamily rental communities in the sub-market,” Kline said. “The foundation of everything we do is centered around our Pillars of Excellence. We maintain a constant focus on people, community and customer service and we are dedicated to providing our residents with a great lifestyle and professional service.”
Amenities include a 25,000-square-foot Signature Plaza that encompasses the entire fourth floor and includes a Garden House with stone fireplace, private dining and lounging area, two fireside lobbies with soaring ceilings and seating areas. There’s also a spa that features a whirlpool, sauna, steam room and private spa treatment rooms, 24/7 fitness center with cardiovascular machines, free weights, weight machines, stretching area and private patio space, ideal for yoga.
Residents can also enjoy a private theater with seating for entertaining, two fully furnished guest suites, a conference room and premier concierge services.
The community is located directly above The Shops at The Bravern, a collection of 39 upscale retail stores and restaurants, including Neiman Marcus, Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Jimmy Choo, Salvatore Ferragamo, Sur La Table and Bank of America as well as top-rated dining destinations such as John Howie Steak and Wild Ginger and David Barton Gym.
“Downtown Bellevue is the largest office submarket in the greater Eastside area with the second largest concentration of office space in the Puget Sound Region outside of the Seattle CBD,” Kline said. “With the regional job growth and positive outlook over the next several years, along with Bellevue’s highly desirable location, a need for larger three- and four-bedroom luxury rentals existed.”
