Greystar to Manage Luxury Washington Community

Bellevue, Wash.—Invesco Ltd. has released nine luxury penthouses at The Bravern Signature Residences, two 33-story towers in Bellevue, Wash., managed by Greystar.

“The property is a Class AA multifamily community offering some of the largest luxury apartments at an overall average 1,271 square feet in one of the Seattle MSA’s most affluent communities and top business districts,” Rebecca Kline, Greystar’s senior director of real estate, told MHN. “The project was leased as apartments upon completion and is widely regarded as one of most the premier luxury multifamily assets on the West Coast.”
