Greystar Starts Pre-Leasing Luxury Community in Houston Historic Neighborhood
The seven-story luxury development will feature 326 residences, expected to reach completion by October 2016.

Houston—Greystar recently announced the start of pre-leasing at a 326-unit upscale apartment community in Houston. The high-rise development will include seven floors of luxury apartment homes in Woodland Heights, one of the city’s oldest and most historic neighborhoods.
Elan Heights
Located at 825 Usener St., Elan Heights will offer studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with sizes ranging from 627 to 1,427 square feet. The community amenity package includes an on-site fitness studio, yoga room and virtual exercise routines and classes by Fitness on Demand™, a state-of-the-art conference center, a resident lounge, game room, a sky lounge with indoor and outdoor seating areas, a resort-style swimming pool, courtyard, outdoor kitchen, grilling stations and a fire pit. The pet-friendly community will also offer a dog spa, dry cleaning service and on-site parking.

“Elan Heights will provide residents with an urban living experience, close to downtown, in a neighborhood that is rich with history,” said Betsy Valdes, director of Real Estate for Greystar, in prepared remarks. “The community is minutes away from recreation at Stude Park, Buffalo Bayou Park and local walking trails.”
Construction at Elan Heights is scheduled for completion by October 2016.
