Grand Opening Announced for New Waldwick Townhome Community

Waldwick, N.J.—The K. Hovnanian Homes townhomes development, Farm Estates, has announced that it will hold a grand opening celebration from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. April 26 and 27 at the community’s site in Waldwick, N.J.

Farm Estates opened earlier this year and more than 600 potential buyers have already shown interest in the community’s 31 for-sale residences. Buyers can choose from two floor plans at the community—the Albright and the Bryn Mawr—all of which include three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, basements, garages and up to 2,053 square feet of space. Pricing for the homes starts at $479,990 and is subject to change.

The community is located at 2 Masterson Court in Waldwick (42 Pineview Drive on GPS) and located near a host of fine dining, shopping, parks and golf courses and is located within the award-winning Waldwick School District. Additionally, the Bergen County location will likely appeal to commuters as the Waldwick New Jersey Transit stations is located about two miles away and hosts a stop for the Main/Bergen-Port Jervis Light rail line, which provides commuting options to Hoboken Station where riders can take PATH trains to New York City.

Located 18 miles from New York City, residents will also enjoy convenient access to Route 17 and the Garden State Parkway.
