Developer 280 E. Palmetto Park Road has announced that the Glass House Boca Raton project, under development in its namesake Florida city, will launch sales this month. The first modern glass building in downtown Boca Raton, Glass House will be a 10-story development offering 28 residences. The project will break ground early next year, with construction expected to be complete in autumn 2026.

Glass House will offer two-, three- and four-bedroom plans, ranging in size from 2,550 to 3,990 square feet. The residences will feature open-concept layouts, private or semi-private elevator access, floor-to-ceiling windows, deep private terraces with glass railings and fully automated and integrated custom sun-shading lighting control. Select units will include a den or office. A roof deck with private pool, cabanas, Jacuzzi and fire pit tops the roster of amenities.

“We met with the city before filing our application to make sure we were planning something the city would welcome under its new ‘no limit’ glass guidelines,” Adam Gottbetter, vice president of finance and development of 280 E. Palmetto Park Road LLC, told Multi-Housing News. “The only challenge was self-imposed. We wanted to launch the project in time to maximize the number of people we could reach during the height of the current season.”

The developer, which acquired the property in June 2023, has filed with the city, received comments and refiled as of Feb. 2, said Gottbetter. “Garcia Stromberg, the architect, Hallock Design Group, the interior designer, and Douglas Elliman, the sales and marketing team, have all been collaborative and responsive to our vision, and that allows us to move quickly.”

The sales gallery, situated at 221 E. Palmetto Park Road, is under construction and slated to open this month. Pricing of residences ranges from $2.5 to $6.9 million.

Boca Raton has seen a recent influx of residents. In 2023, El-Ad National Properties topped off luxury Boca Raton condominium Alina 210.
