Freddie Mac recently announced that it priced its new 0.75 percent five-year USD Reference Notes® security due on January 12, 2018.
McLean, Va.—Freddie Mac recently announced that it priced its new 0.75 percent five-year USD Reference Notes® security due on January 12, 2018. The issue, CUSIP number 3137EADN6, was priced at 99.428 to yield .864 percent, or 21.5 basis points more than five-year U.S. Treasury Notes. The issue will settle on Wednesday, November 21, 2012.
The new five-year Reference Notes security was offered via a syndicate of dealers headed by Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., and Goldman, Sachs & Co. An application was made to list the issue on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
