FOURMIDABLE to Manage 3 Affordable Iowa Communities

FOURMIDABLE has been selected to manage three communities totaling 247 units in Waterloo, Iowa. This is the company’s first management assignment in the state. In May 2018, FOURMIDABLE expanded its Ohio portfolio with 120 low-income units.

Located at 1650 Camelot Drive, Camelot Apartments is an 82-unit affordable, age-restricted community with one-bedroom apartments. Crossroads Square, located 820 E. Ridgeway Ave., is also an affordable, age-restricted property, which comprises 81 one-bedroom units. Both assets are pet-friendly and feature controlled access, laundry facilities and community rooms. The adjacent communities are just off Interstate 380. The surrounding area has several retail and dining options, including Crossroads Mall, which is 1 mile away.

Located at 500 Sycamore St., the third property is Hotel President Apartments, a historic 84-unit building comprising studios and one-bedroom apartments. The Project-Based Section 8/Low Income Housing Tax Credit property includes a common room, a small library, a computer lab and laundry facilities. Hotel President Apartments is within 3 miles of the first two assets.
