FOURMIDABLE has opened three new communities: Turnrow in Somerville, Tenn., Tall Oaks in Verona, Miss. and Fountain Square in Columbus, Miss., adding to its affordable housing portfolio in each state.
“FOURMIDABLE has been working with the ownership group of these communities for over 10 years,” said Michael Shocker, president of FOURMIDABLE. “They make our job as managing agents easier by building upscale communities with luxury amenities. We are so proud to continue providing great affordable apartments to well-deserved people in the states of Tennessee and Mississippi.”

The 48-unit Fountain Square, located at 80 Suffolk Drive, also features three-bedroom apartments at 1,386 square feet. Interior features and community amenities are the same as Tall Oaks. Both communities were financed in part through federal tax credits awarded by the Mississippi Home Corp. as part of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program.
