Wesley Chapel, Fla.—Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based Forum Architecture & Interior Design, Inc. has announced it has been selected as provider of design services for Bonterra Parc at Northwood Apartments. The Wesley Chapel, Fla., apartment community, to be situated near the new Northwood Palms Blvd. extension to SR 56, will feature 264 apartments across five four-story buildings. The community is slated for completion in the spring of next year.
Stockton, Calif.-based multifamily builder AG Spanos Corporation chose Forum’s Interior Design Department to provide interior design services for a two-bedroom model as well as the community’s clubhouse.
“This will be a very exciting project for our interiors team,” Kristen Finley, a designer from Forum Architecture & Interior Design, tells MHN. “Our challenge in the clubhouse will be to design a unique, contemporary space that will attract young families and professionals, while retaining a warm atmosphere that is comfortable to all demographics.”
Forum Architecture & Interior Design will work to shape the interior spaces with the intention of captivating guests the instant they arrive at the property. The space will be additionally enhanced by the latest trends in color and finishes.
“To create modern, useful spaces, we will also be incorporating technology into our design as much as possible,” Finley says. “This will give the residents a variety of amenities that are truly unique to this property.”
The appointment of Forum Architecture & Interior Design will help ensure the look sought by the developer will be achieved. It should also contribute substantially to enhancing marketing efforts toward prospective renters, Wells says.
The design firm and AG Spanos will collaborate throughout the design process to blend the former’s years of multifamily housing market experience with the latter’s vision.
“We have been involved in projects that have had a wide spectrum of design styles and amenities,” Finley says. “We hope to bring our knowledge of successful spaces, along with a fresh outlook, to this development.”
