Forum Architecture & Interior Design to Begin Construction on Florida Seniors Community

Forum Architecture & Interior Design Inc., an Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based architectural firm, has started construction on a 173-unit seniors multifamily community in Wildwood, Fla.

Wildwood, Fla.—Forum Architecture & Interior Design Inc., an Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based architectural firm, has started construction on a 173-unit seniors multifamily community in Wildwood, Fla. This western-themed community will be open to people aged 55 and older.

The community, called Providence Independence, will be a three-story building with a separate but connected restaurant. Providence Independence will include 209 beds and feature one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Most of these units include patios or balconies.

Amenities will include a restaurant with dance floor, coffee café/grill, resident services area, fitness room with senior friendly equipment, theater with gaming area, club room, chapel, computer lab, billiards room, craft room with sewing area, hair salon, meeting rooms, a lecture room, a full-service liquor bar and an outdoor lap pool with sundeck and cabanas.

Providence Independence is expected to be completed in April 2013.
