Former San Antonio Mayor Attends Newton Townhomes Opening

Cisneros who was present at the opening of the project, said, “We are thrilled to provide new housing options for this city. Nestled in the heart of Oaklawn, Newton Townhomes are near downtown Dallas and some of the major freeways. The Newton Townhomes are available in five floor plans, ranging from 1,842 to 2,554 sq. ft., with prices starting at $350,000. All townhomes feature courtyard common areas, home office/computer areas and private, two-car attached garages. Newton Townhomes are designed with floor-to-ceiling windows, 10-ft. ceilings and open floor plans.
