FirstService to Manage Phoenix-Area Condo Property

FirstService Residential has been appointed to manage Safari Drive, a 93-unit luxury condominium community in Scottsdale, Ariz. The news comes a few months after FirstService started managing Brown Building Lofts, a 10-story, 90-unit landmark building in Austin, Texas.
Completed in 2008, the five-building property comprises one- to three-bedroom units, with designer kitchen and spa-inspired bathrooms. Floorplans at Safari Drive range from 933 to 2,722 square feet. Common-area amenities include two swimming pools, a fitness center and several communal areas.
Located at 4747 N. Scottsdale Road, the community is within walking distance of the Fashion Square shopping center and next to the Arizona Canal trail. The surrounding area also includes several entertainment options. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is 9 miles from Safari Drive.
Scottsdale continues to be a hotbed for residential real estate, boosted by healthy fundamentals. At the end of January, Harbor Group International acquired Luxe Scottsdale, a 218-unit property, which is situated 2 miles from the condo community.
