FirstService Tapped to Manage Luxury TX Condos

The 16-story high-rise condominium development broke ground in June 2016 and is expected to wrap up construction later this year.

Realty Capital has selected FirstService Residential to manage the developer’s 16-story, 54-condominium development in Flower Mound, Texas. Construction began two years ago and the tower is due to open later this year. In May, a different residential high-rise property managed by FirstService opened in Dallas.

The development site at 2800 Lakeside Parkway is positioned five miles north of DFW Airport. The property is located near Interstate 635 and Sam Rayburn Tollway, with both Dallas and Fort Worth easily accessible, approximately 25 miles away. The high-rise overlooks Grapevine Lake, a 7,280-acre reservoir.

The community includes a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom condominiums, ranging from 1,407 to 4,875 square feet. Most units include direct elevator access from the parking garage. Four two-story villas are also located adjacent to the project, of 3,815 square feet each. Resident amenities include:

  • valet parking
  • spa
  • library and fireplace lounge
  • coffee bar
  • fitness center
  • movie room

Additionally, plans call for a third-floor outdoor plaza complete with a heated swimming pool, hot tub, poolside bar and outdoor kitchen. The developer is also marketing six office suites on the second floor for sale to condo owners.
