Property management firm FirstService Residential has been appointed to provide full-service management services for Park Regency Condominium, a 140-unit luxury residential tower in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood.

Located at 700 Park Regency Place N.E., the 25-story property is just across from the Phipps Plaza shopping mall in the affluent neighborhood north of Midtown. Each unit has a private balcony, and community amenities include guest suites and a private club room, outdoor pool, fitness center and sauna rooms, wine cellar and 24/7 concierge.

The community was developed by Park Signature Properties, which also built the nearby Park Avenue at 750 Park Ave. NE. Adjacent to that property is The Huntley, a 267-unit luxury tower at 1000 Park Ave. N.E. completed this year by Wood Partners.

Phipps Plaza is being redeveloped into a mixed-use property that will feature the Nobu Hotel and Restaurant, part of the hotel chain co-founded by Robert DeNiro, along with a 13-story Class A office building and retail, residential and event space.

FirstService Residential bills itself as the largest manager of residential properties in North America. In May of last year, the company was tapped to provide leasing, maintenance and property management services for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ 535-unit apartment portfolio in Bergen and Middlesex counties, N.J.
