FirstService Residential to Manage 137-Unit Vegas Condo Community

Las Vegas—Florida-headquartered community association management company FirstService Residential recently announced it has been retained as provider of HOA management services for Laguna Del Rey Homeowners Association, effective April 1st.
Situated at 5000 Red Rock St. in Las Vegas’ Spring Valley, Laguna Del Rey is a 137-unit condo community south of Tropicana Avenue and north of Reno and Hacienda Avenues. Within a 15-minute ride from the McCarran Airport and five miles away from the Las Vegas Strip, Laguna Del Rey is a gated community that offers amenities such as a clubhouse, pond, swimming pool and spa. Other amenities within walking distance include two grocery stores, banks, a CVS pharmacy, several diners and restaurants, as well as bus stops for lines 102 and 201.
