Tribridge Residential has selected FirstService Residential to manage Paramount at Buckhead, a 300-unit luxury condominium high-rise in Atlanta. Prior to that, the owner handled the property’s operations in-house. According to Yardi Matrix, the 2001-built asset previously served as a community and underwent a condominium conversion in 2004.
The property features a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, along with two five-bedroom penthouse units. The condos range in size from 880 to—in the case of the largest penthouse—5,177 square feet, per Yardi Matrix data. Community amenities include a fitness center, tennis courts, movie theater, spa, swimming pool, wine cellar and concierge services, in addition to a 600-space underground parking garage.
Located at 3445 Stratford Road, the 40-story residential tower sits near the intersection of Georgia Route 400 and Peachtree Road, enabling access to interstates 85 and 285. The property is situated in the midst of a busy retail corridor, in the immediate area of the upscale Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza shopping centers, as well as restaurants and hotels.
Tribridge Residential purchased the property in 2004 from The Hanover Co. for no less than $74.5 million.
