Federal Capital Partners Buys 408-Unit Windsor at Potomac Vista
Federal Capital Partners' new acquisition features 408 apartments, with easy access to Marine Corps Base Quantico and Fort Belvoir.

Woodbridge, Va.—Federal Capital Partners has acquired a 408-unit community on Kristin Court in Woodbridge for $60.5 million. The new purchase, Windsor at Potomac Vista, has recently undergone interior renovations.
Located at 14101 Kristin Court, Windsor at Potomac Vista is a three-story garden-style community built in 1987. The property features one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans with rents ranging between $1,116 and $1,292, according to Yardi Matrix. Residential amenities include a fitness center, clubhouse, swimming pool, controlled access and 835 parking spaces. Windsor at Potomac Vista is easily accessible to Marine Corps Base Quantico, Fort Belvoir, the Virginia Railway Express commuter train and the I-95 Corridor.
Walter Coker and Brian Crivella of HFF represented the seller in the transaction. Wells Fargo and Fannie Mae facilitated the assumption of the existing mortgage and provided supplemental financing for the acquisition.
