Armstrong Residential Ceilings has released a new line of faux tin ceiling tiles called Tin Look that can easily and affordably bring a unique look to a room—perhaps a kitchen—in your community’s apartments. The collection is also a great choice for common areas like media lounges, Internet cafes and demonstration kitchens that are after a bit of a vintage throwback look.
The tiles, which are made of a durable mineral fiber with 40 percent recycled content, can be custom painted before installation to fit with your design scheme, though they come painted white from the factory and feature a vinyl-coated surface for durability. Tin Look can be installed directly over any existing ceiling with Armstrong’s Easy Up installation system, and the tiles feature a 10-year limited warranty that extends to a 30-year system warranty when installed with Easy Up.
