Enter MHN and RENTCafe’s Pin Your Dream Apartment Contest!

Design your dream apartment with RENTCafe and MHN!

What would your perfect apartment include? A community pool and hot tub? A top-of-the-line fitness center? An in-unit washer and dryer?

MHN and RENTCafe are hosting a Pinterest contest to design the perfect space. Show us your dream apartment by creating a pinboard with at least 10 pins, using at least three photos from www.multi-housingnews.com. The person who creates our favorite pinboard will win an iPad!

The contest will run from July 15-August 15.

To enter:

• Log into your Pinterest account at www.pinterest.com. If you do not have an account you can request one from Pinterest at http://pinterest.com/about/help.
• Follow Multi-Housing News on Pinterest: http://pinterest.com/mhnews/ or search for “multihousingnews” in the “People” section.
• Create a new pinboard labeled “MHN/RentCafe Dream Apartment Contest.” Please also include your name in the title.
• Let MHN be a contributor to the board. You can do this by adding MHN in the “Add another pinner” section when you create the board. This way MHN can see all the pins on your pinboard so you can be eligible for the contest.
• Start pinning! You can add a “Pin it” button to your browser by looking in the “About” section on Pinterest. The board should include at least 10 pins, with a minimum of three from www.multi-housingnews.com. Check out RENTCafe and your other favorite design sites for more inspiration.
• The contest will run from July 15-August 15. No additional pins can be added to the pinboards after this time.
• The winner will be announced at the end of the contest on www.multi-housingnews.com.

Tips:

• Be creative! Pin pictures of community amenities, apartments, facades, whatever you like.
• You can use the captions on the pins to say what you like about the photo.
