Brokers’ Corner: Douglas Elliman Adds Top Broker

The company has hired Jerry Huang, a former Goldman Sachs executive with more than a decade of financial experience. In his role, he will be focusing on condos and new developments.

After expanding its Florida presence by opening a new flagship office tower in Miami’s Financial District, Douglas Elliman Real Estate has added Jerry Huang as a broker in its New York office. A top producing broker, Huang was classified in the top 1 percent of agents back in 2016. He will be focusing on condos and new developments. Among his most high-profile transactions is the $45 million sale of the Walker Tower penthouse.
