Doors Open at WestCorp Management Group’s New 308-Unit Apartment Community

WestCorp Management Group announced the official grand opening of its newest apartment community in Southern Nevada.

The 308-unit Wyatt is situated at 1005 S. Buffalo Drive near Badura Avenue and Buffalo Road. The community offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units with rents starting at $899 per month.

WestCorp, a leading privately owned, third-party multifamily property management company, is handling the leasing and management of The Wyatt.

“The Wyatt is one of several brand-new apartment communities we are opening this year,” said Margaret Valdez, vice president of operations for WestCorp Management Group. “The community and the individual units are designed with today’s lifestyles in mind. They offer many community amenities that our residents want and will regularly use.”

2014-5-12_entryUnits range in size from 644 to 1,390 square feet and feature quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, pre-wiring for satellite, USB jacks in the walls and a 50-inch flat-screen television.

“Interior home finishings at our new properties in Southern Nevada are upscale and unlike any you will see at other developments,” said Emily McCann, vice president of marketing for WestCorp Management Group. “When combined with our luxury amenities, they provide a resort-style living environment you can’t get from renting anywhere else.”

The gated neighborhood of The Wyatt offers residents numerous luxury amenities including a pet park and pet wash, EV (electric vehicle) charging stations, resort-style pools with cabanas, a business center, fitness center, movie theater, free bicycle rentals and outdoor BBQ areas.

The Wyatt’s leasing office is open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily and located at 7017 S. Buffalo Drive.
