Donohoe Construction Tops Out DC Senior Living Community
Brandywine Living at Alexandria is scheduled for completion by year-end.

Donohoe Construction Co. has topped out Brandywine Living at Alexandria, a luxury senior living community in Washington. Part of the JBG Co.’s 722,000-square-foot Cameron Park, the six-story senior living project is the first of five Brandywine Living communities planned in the area.
Located at 450 South Pickett St. and designed by Niles Bolton & Associates to achieve LEED Silver Certification, the 116 luxury suites are situated above ground-floor retail. Property amenities will include two levels of below-grade parking, interior and exterior courtyards, a therapy pool and gym, beauty salon, movie theater, pub, outdoor patios and private dining rooms.
The project broke ground in March 2016 and is slated for completion in December 2017.
