Denver Luxury Community Breaks Ground
Once completed, the 132-unit community will offer convenient access to downtown Denver. Modera LoHi will feature a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom units.
Mill Creek Residential has broken ground on Modera LoHi, a 132-unit luxury community in downtown Denver. A partnership between a Rockwood Capital affiliate and Mill Creek is developing the property. Shears Adkins Rockmore is leading the design.
Located at 2555 16th St., Modera LoHi’s location offers convenient access to interstates 25 and 70, and to various dining, shopping and entertainment venues. Additionally, Pepsi Center, Coors Field and Mile High Stadium are also nearby.
Totaling more than 191,000 square feet, the community will include a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom units with in-unit amenities such as quartz countertops, vinyl tile flooring, Energy Star appliance packages and built-in mudrooms, private patios or balconies, showers with built-in quartz benches and floating bathroom vanities in selected units. Common-area amenities include:
- swimming pool
- hot tub
- rooftop deck
- fire pits
- fitness center
- conference room
- lounge with coffee bar
- dog wash room
- bike wash room
- electric car charging stations
- outdoor kitchen with grilling stations
