The company has traded the 45-acre manufactured housing community in El Monte, Calif. as an off-market transaction.

DoUnto Partners sold The Forest at Fenwick, an 80-unit property in Johns Island, S.C. Kyle Chase, Neil Chrisp and Chris Yeagle of The Kirkland Co. brokered the deal.

A limited liability company sold Mount Royal Manor for nearly $11 million. The mid-rise community is situated near the University of Minnesota Duluth campus.
Aztec Group Secures Sale of 27 KSF Fort Lauderdale Site
Broman and Uri Redler of Moderno Development exclusively engaged the company to sell the 27,000-square-foot site. Managing Director Peter Mekras arranged the transaction.
