Marina del Rey, Calif.–KeyBank Real Estate Capital recently provided $39.4 million in Fannie Mae funding to Golden West Properties.
The funds represent the refinancing of a construction loan, also provided by KeyBank Real Estate Capital, into a permanent loan for the Admiralty Apartments, a 172-unit property in Marina del Rey, Calif.
Key secured favorable loan terms for the transaction based on its significant experience working with Fannie Mae.
