DEAL OF THE DAY: Hendricks & Partners Oversees $1.7M Sale by Bankruptcy Trustee

Glendale, Ariz.- Hendricks & Partners participated the sale of The Courtyards Apartments, located at 6502 West Olive Avenue in Glendale, Ariz. The 108-unit apartment community was sold for $1,700,000.

Built in 1979, The Courtyards Apartments consists of 24 studio, 36 one-bedroom, and 48 two-bedroom units. Located along a major thoroughfare, the property offersconvenient access to employment centers, services, and retail.

The seller was a bankruptcy trustee, and the buyer was a private investor from San Diego, says Hendricks & Partners. The company facilitated the sale through the bankruptcy trustee of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
