DEAL OF THE DAY: Cushman & Wakefield Facilitates Loan Transaction in Las Vegas
Las Vegas--Cushman & Wakefield multifamily specialists Ed Rosen, John Chu and Alejandro Lombrozo have facilitated the sale of the loan on Carefree Willows, a senior living apartment community.
Las Vegas–Cushman & Wakefield announces that multifamily specialists Ed Rosen, John Chu and Alejandro Lombrozo have facilitated the sale of the loan on Carefree Willows, a senior living apartment community located at 3250 Town Center Dr. in Las Vegas.
Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyers, San Diego-based Interwest Capital Corp., and partner Angelo, Gordon & Co. Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed.
The seller, an undisclosed major national banking institution, represented itself. Carefree Willows will continue to operate and serve its residents.
Carefree Willows, a 300-unit community consisting of 96 one-bedroom units and 204 two-bedroom units, was completed in 2008 as a development of Templeton Development Corp.
The units, which average 970 square feet, include fully appointed kitchens with energy efficient appliances. The apartment community offers amenities including secured, gated access and a resort style pool and spa area complete with clubhouse.
