David S. Brown Names Residential Division VP

Anne Angel, Vice President, David S. Brown Enterprises

David S. Brown Enterprises has selected Anne Angel as vice president of their residential division. In this capacity, she will supervise all leasing and marketing functions for the company’s portfolio of apartment communities in Baltimore City and Baltimore County. Specifically, Angel will oversee all training and education protocols for leasing professionals, establish mechanisms for the continuous research of competitive pricing and amenities, and regulate the monthly leasing goals. Moreover, she will manage the tenant relations program, direct marketing initiatives and play a leadership role in community relations initiatives.  

Angel’s track record includes roles as regional manager of R Home Property Management, vice president of Continental Realty Corp.’s residential division and sales manager with For Rent Magazine. She is a certified property manager and holds a professional designation earned from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Angel has a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and sociology from the University of Maryland at College Park.
