Dan Savoia Moves Up the Ladder at Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions
As the new VP of development, Savoia will lead the company’s development activities and oversee personnel management.

Philadelphia—Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions, a subsidiary of Balfour Beatty Investments Inc., recently announced the promotion of Dan Savoia to vice president of development. In his new role, Savoia will be in charge of the company’s development activities, oversee personnel management and offer support in the pursuit of new business opportunities.
Savoia joined the firm in 2012, leading many of the company’s student housing projects, including Lake Forest College, University of Nevada, Reno, phases one and two of University of Iowa, Texas A&M College Station and University of Texas, Dallas. He initially served in the military housing division of sister company Balfour Beatty Communities before transitioning to Campus Solutions.
“Dan has truly been an invaluable team member and has consistently taken on additional projects and responsibility. His knowledge, experience and attitude make him the kind of leader that we need on the team,” Bob Shepko, president of Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions, said in prepared remarks.
Savoia holds a BA Degree from the University of Pittsburgh and is accredited as a LEED AP by the U.S. Green Building Council.
