On a day like today, it would sure be nice to curl up next to a fireplace with a warm drink after work. The community fireplace, both indoors and out, is a tried and true crowd pleaser when it comes to amenities. And with much of the South getting their fair share of ice and snow this winter, the cozy feature shouldn’t be limited to colder climates.
Fireplaces work great as a focal point in a community room thanks to improvements in both technology and design. Clean, linear lines with less metal and more glass are becoming more popular.
