Costa Hollywood Breaks Ground Fla. Luxury Condos

Hollywood Beach, Fla.—Liberty Grand LLC has broken ground on the Costa Hollywood Condo Resort in Hollywood Beach, Fla. The community is already 50 percent sold.
Costa Hollywood includes studios and one- and two-bedroom condos, which range in size from 400 to 1,500 square feet. Buyers also have a choice of seven different floor plans. The condos range in price from $220,000 to $800,000.

The community is located near Hollywood Beach Village, which includes restaurants and shopping, as well as a day spa.
The architect for Costa Hollywood is Hamed Rodriguez and the construction company is Logitech Construction Company. The project director is Paula Villabonna.

Costa Hollywood is expected to be completed by the spring of 2015.
